 Verified exactly what I was looking for I got interested in this investment vehicle reading the bigger pockets forums, and wanted a quick read that just focused on the basics.Very happy with this, especially for the price! (Don’t get turned off by it being so cheap, it is very well thought out/well written)He plugs his business a little, but it’s fine, because it is in a way that is illuminating to whatever concept he’s covering.Learned a lot fast, and finished the book feeling like I can execute on this today. I can honestly say that this book is not only invaluable to new real estate lenders, but it can also teach experienced lenders some things as well. My old grandfather always said "never a borrower nor a lender be". I think that even he would feel more comfortable about lending private money for real estate after reading this book. Brant systematically lays out the full picture of the private money landscape and highlights the potential risks as well as the significant upside. Having worked with Brant for over 8 years and having loaned private money myself to his company and to others on multiple projects, I can tell you he nailed it with this book. A must read if considering deploying funds in this way.
