EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Photography, Video & Audio Release:
I grant Brant Phillips and his affiliated companies, located at 17424 W. Grand Parkway #180, Sugar Land, TX 77479, permission to use my image, voice, and likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during this event. I understand that these may be used for business purposes, including but not limited to promotion, advertising, and social media, without further compensation or approval.

2. Financial and Legal Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge that Brant, nor any attorney, accountant, or certified financial advisor is offering any security or investment opportunity at this event. Any discussions related to investing are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Release of Liability:
I release and discharge Brant Phillips and his affiliates from any claims related to the use of my image, voice, or likeness, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.

4. Consent and Understanding:
I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and release, and I am signing it voluntarily.
