It’s Time To Look at Private Mortgage Lending
By Brant Phillips
I’ve been investing in real estate for over 18 years now—and for 16 of those years, I’ve been using private mortgage lending as a tool to grow my business and, in turn, help others grow their wealth. I’ve personally paid out over 10,000 mortgage payments to private lenders—without ever missing a single one. That’s not said to brag, but to show the consistency and reliability that’s possible in the world of private lending.
Most people have no idea that this world even exists. They’ve been told their whole lives to put their money in the stock market, CDs, or mutual funds—without ever being shown alternatives that may be more secure, provide more predictable returns, and are backed by real assets.
Just look at the stock market today. The Price-to-Earnings (P/E) ratio is hovering around 38—a dangerously high level that hasn’t been seen since before the Great Depression and the 2008 crash. Historically, when the P/E ratio hits these levels, a market correction isn’t just likely—it’s inevitable.
Even Warren Buffett has been quietly selling off tens of billions in stock, warning that the boom era for the U.S. economy may be coming to a close.
Meanwhile, CDs and bonds may offer “safer” returns, but when you factor in inflation and taxes, your real return might be next to nothing—or even negative. You’re not growing your wealth. You’re just treading water.
That’s why I believe it’s time people seriously consider alternative investing, and in particular, private mortgage lending.
And I can tell you from firsthand experience: it works.
I’ve worked with countless private lenders—many of them everyday people, not financial pros—who have used this strategy to create stable, predictable cash flow. Some are retirees looking to supplement their income. Others are business owners or professionals looking to diversify and protect their capital. All of them want peace of mind and steady returns.
We’re not offering “get rich quick” schemes or risky ventures. This is old-school investing—secure, tangible, and backed by experience and integrity.
If you’re tired of the ups and downs of Wall Street, it may be time to look at private mortgage lending. I’d love to help you learn more about how this works and if it’s a good fit for your financial goals.
The reality is: most people don’t know this opportunity exists. But once they do, it can change their financial future forever.
All the best,
Brant Phillips
