With my busy schedule, it was hard to imagine being able to invest in Real Estate. But after meeting with Brant, he was able to put together a long-term plan to buy and hold properties that worked for me. We now have two rental properties and are actively looking for more. I would have to say that, thus far, the returns have far exceeded typical stock market returns and the tax advantages will be another added bonus! I have really enjoyed working with Brant as a passive investor because I can focus on my own job, while still having control and above market returns with my investments
