Official Replay: Private Lender Playbook 2nd Edition Book Launch

Many events are about the presentation.

Others become about the people.

The launch of the Private Lender Playbook – 2nd Edition turned into the second one.

Walking into a packed room and seeing lenders, real estate investors, agents, business owners, friends, family, and long-time supporters all gathered together was something special.

The evening was originally built around releasing a new edition of the book, but as the night unfolded, it became clear that something bigger was happening.

Conversations were happening everywhere.

People were sharing experiences.

Lenders were talking about the impact private lending had on their lives.

Investors were discussing deals and opportunities.

New relationships were forming.

People were learning from one another.

Those moments are really what this business has always been about.

For over 18 years, I’ve had the opportunity to complete hundreds of transactions, work with lenders across many different types of deals, and see firsthand that business often moves at the speed of relationships.

The reality is that money doesn’t just follow numbers.

It often follows trust.

The Private Lender Playbook was created to help educate people on private mortgage lending and
provide a practical framework for understanding how real estate-backed lending works.

But this event reminded me of something important:

Books can create knowledge. Rooms create relationships. And relationships create opportunities.

*Now, while the event itself went incredibly well, we did have one unexpected hiccup. Unfortunately,
our professional recording files were damaged.

Thankfully, one of the attendees happened to be recording portions of the evening on their phone,
which allowed us to still capture and preserve the event.

Not exactly the original plan, but we’re grateful we were still able to save and share the experience.
