In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive services shall be referred to as “Client”, and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as Brant Phillips of 17424 W Grand Parkway 180 Sugar Land, Tx 77479.
INVESTMENT: There is a $15,000 investment for this program, with the following options:

CONFIDENTIALITY
Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities.
The methods employed by Brant & his trainers do NOT guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the coaching sessions.
SERVICES
The client will be provided with coaching services as described in the Coaching Details section below. The purpose of the coaching sessions is to provide the client with information to legally and ethically raise capital for real estate investment.
This service includes, but is not limited to: brainstorming techniques, creating action plans, follow-up procedures to maintain client commitment, providing resources, educating the client as well as asking and answering questions.
